PERKINS Jack Of Farm Road, Rowley Regis Passed away 27th February 2013, aged 68 years. Beloved brother of Jean and Paul and sister-in-law Ivy, much loved uncle of Joanne and Kelly who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
