TOLLEY Dorothy (nee Payne) Of Blackheath Passed away peacefully on Friday 29th November 2013, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Ray. Much loved and sadly missed by all family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Blackheath Central Methodist Church on Monday 16th December 2013 at 10.45am followed by Committal at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 11.30am.
