EVANS Yvonne Passed away peacefully after a short illness on Sunday 8th December 2013, aged 67 years. Much loved by husband Graham, daughter and son-in-law, Clair and Peter and granddaughters Jessica and Jasmine. Reunited with daughter Kirsty. Funeral Service at Hurst Green Methodist Church on Friday 20th December 2013 at 1.30pm followed by Committal at Powke Lane Crematorium.
