HACKETT Yvonne (nee Down) Of Hayley Green Passed away peacefully at Netherton Green Nursing Home on 26th December 2013, aged 75 years. Much loved mom of Linda and David, very dear mother-in-law, nan and great nan. Very sadly missed by all her family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Thursday 9th January 2014 at 11.00am. Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully accepted for Mary Stevens Hospice.
