PAYNE Stanley Raymond Passed peacefully away on the 20th March 2014, aged 86 years. He will be sadly missed by loving wife Louie, children Alison, Ray and Mark and all family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 1st April 2014 at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 12.15pm.
