FRADGLEY Kate (Nee Kirk) Of Halesowen Passed away peacefully at Mary Stevens Hospice on the 30th April 2014, aged 40 years, following a long illness most bravely fought. Devoted wife of James and loving mommy to Isabella and Ruby. Much loved daughter of Sue and Derek and dear sister of Mathew. Kate will be greatly missed by family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Funeral service to be held on Friday 16th May 2014 at St Johns Church, Halesowen. Final details to be confirmed with Funeral Director, Marcus Adams (0121 602 0168) No flowers please. Donations will be greatly received for Mary Stevens Hospice
