TOWLER Richard Aged 56 Sadly passed away on Saturday May 11th Youngest son of the late Flossie and Harold Towler. Will be sadly missed by family and friends. The funeral will take place at Rowley Regis Cemetery Chapel, Powke Lane, Blackheath on Tuesday 27th May at 12.15pm Flowers are welcome, all welcome at the Knights Quest afterwards to celebrate Richard's life
