PERRY Dave Died suddenly on Saturday May 17th 2014 aged 74 years A loving husband to Chris, devoted father to Tina, Laura, Andy and Neil and adored grandad of Jack, Robert, Adam, Lydia and Laila The funeral service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Monday June 9th 2014 at 12.20pm Donations in Dave's memory will be gratefully accepted for Teenage Cancer Trust All enquiries and donations to Funeral Director Marcus Adams, Halesowen 0121 602 0168
