HARPER Hilda Mary Formerly of Throne Crescent, Rowley Regis. Passed away peacefully at the Cedars Residential Home in Pedmore on 19th July 2014. The funeral is to take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium on 4th August at 2.30pm.
