EVANS Madge Passed peacefully away on 22nd May 2015 at Warrens Hall Nursing Home aged 95 years. She will be sadly missed by all of her loving family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Monday 8th June 2015 at Lodge Hill Crematorium at 12.00pm. Flowers welcome or donations to Dementia UK.
