BRADLEY Phyllis (Nee Hayward) Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on the 27th May 2015. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Stourbridge Crematorium on Monday 8th June at 2.10pm. Family flowers only - donations if desired for Cancer Research UK.
