HUGHES John (Jack) Of Colley Gate Beloved Husband, Dad, Father in Law, Grandad and Great Grandad, passed away in Russells Hall Hospital on Friday 12th June 2015 aged 85 years. Much loved and sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Jack's funeral service will take place on Friday 26th June 2015, 11.15am at Providence Methodist Church, Colley Gate followed by burial at Cradley Cemetery at 12 noon.
