SMITH Kate 'Kitty' Of Old Hill and Blackheath Passed away on 26th June 2015 Aged 98 years. Reunited with Husband Albert. Devoted Mom to Diane and Bob and much loved Nan and Great Nan. She will be deeply missed by all her loving family and friends. Kate was involved for many years helping to run and support members at Rowley Regis Disability Centre. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 7th July 2015 at Stourbridge Cremation at 1.30pm.
