FOWKES Patricia Mary (Pat) Of Crowther Gardens Halesowen and formerly of Wynall Lane South, Wollescote Passed away peacefully on August 2nd 2015, aged 76 years. Beloved wife of Derek, loving Mom of Wendy, Andrea and Marie, devoted nan and great nan, mom in law of Cindy, Wayne, Carl and Spike and dear sister to Albert. Will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Tuesday 18th August at 11.40 am.
