WILLETTS Jack Passed away peacefully on 2nd October 2015. A wonderful husband, dad and grandad who will always be in our hearts. He will be greatly missed by wife Val, daughters Tina, Kim and Debbie, sons in law Pete and Brian, grandchildren Melissa, Adam, Tara, Zoe and Luke, great grandchildren Jayden, Luca, Lilabelle, Lucien, Camden and Zadie, all family and friends Funeral service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on 22nd October at 2.10pm.
