COOPER Patricia Peacefully passed away at home with her family on Wednesday 28th October 2015, aged 80 years. Reunited with her Husband Thomas and will be greatly missed be all her loving family and friends Funeral to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Wednesday 25th November 2015 at 11.00am.
