PELL William Joseph (Known as Bill) Passed peacefully away on Wednesday January 27th 2016, aged 74 years. A special man much loved and sadly missed by his wife Margaret, son, family and friends. Service to be held at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Tuesday February 16th at 2.00pm. My dear husband Bill, 43 years married. Sadly missed but never forgotten.
