SMITH Frederick Thomas Passed peacefully away in hospital on Monday 11th July 2016, aged 88 years. Now reunited with his beloved Wife Rita. A dear Brother in Law and Uncle. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to take place on Friday 5th August 2016 at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 1pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired will be accepted for The Air Ambulance UK.
