NORGROVE Arthur George Of Edward Road, Halesowen Passed away on 20th February 2017, aged 80 years. Beloved husband of Mavis, much loved dad of Jane and father in law of Martyn and dearest grandad of Thomas and David, he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
