WHEELER Elsie of Cradley Heath Sadly passed away on 23rd October 2017. Aged 79 years. Reunited with late husband Ken. Dearly loved Mom to Anthony. She will be deeply missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 14th November at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please; if desired donations accepted for Age UK.
