PHIPPS Dennis Arthur of Linden Avenue, Halesowen Passed away peacefully at home on 1st November. Aged 86 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 15th November at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 1.45 p.m. Family flowers only please. Donations accepted for Mary Stevens Hospice, care of R.
