HALL Vera formerly Vera Lowe Nee Tonkiss Well known in her local community. Passed peacefully away in her sleep on Monday 1st January 2019, in her 98th year. Much loved and sadly missed by all family and friends. The funeral service will take place at Cradley Heath Four Ways Baptist Church on Thursday 25th January 2018 at 12.30pm, followed by private burial with her late Husband Arthur Lowe in Rowley Regis Cemetery.
