PALMER Wayne Keith Passed peacefully away on 21st February 2018 aged 57 years. He will be sadly missed by his beloved Wife Elaine, loving Son Craig and all family and friends. The Funeral service will take place on Thursday 22nd March, 2018 at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 2:30 pm. Family flowers only please.
