PORTMAN Josiah Passed peacefully away on 8th April 2018, aged 93 years. Now reunited with his beloved Wife, the late Iris, and his loving Daughter, the late Janet. He will be sadly missed by his devoted Daughter Valerie, her partner Brian, Grandson Stuart and his Wife Emma, Great Grandson Ashton and all family and friends. The Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 1st May 2018 at Rowley Regis Cemetery Chapel at 2:30 pm, followed by interment at Rowley Regis Cemetery. Flowers welcome.
