MILNE Elsie Isobel of 12 Mayfield Road, Halesowen. Passed away peacefully at Newbury Manor Care Home on 24th November 2018, aged 81 years. She will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. The funeral service is to take place at Blackheath Central Methodist Church at 10:30 am on Thursday 13th December 2018, followed by an interment at Quinton Cemetery at 12:15pm.
