COULTHARD Irene Passed peacefully away in Barnstable Hospital on 5th January 2019 aged 90 years. She will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Friday 25th January 2019 at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 1pm. Family flowers only please but donations are being accepted for the Children's Hospice South West and can be sent c/o F P Gaunt & Sons, Percival House Funeral home, High Street Blackheath, B65 0EE.
