Yvonne Lowe Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019, aged 77 years. She will be sadly missed by her children James, Susan and David. Service to be held at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Wednesday 12th June 2019 at 2.30pm. Flowers welcome. Donations if desired to R.S.P.C.A.
