JACK PARKES Former Proprietor of William Parkes and Sons, Masters Lane, Blackheath. Passed away peacefully on Saturday 21st December 2019 aged 92 years. Loved and missed by family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Monday 27th January 2020 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers donations will be gratefully accepted for The Hear and Now Fund.
