STEPHEN RICHARD BELL Passed away at Russells Hall Hospital on the 26th of February at the age of 67. He will be sadly missed by his wife Jackie and his four children Stephanie, Jonathan, Philippa and Charlotte. His cremation and celebration of life service will take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium on the Friday the 13th of March at 1.45pm. In lieu of flowers, donations would be gratefully received for the Georgina Ward at Russells Hall Hospital.
