SMITH Thomas David Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on November 25th 2009 aged 91 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Monday 7th December 2009 at 1.30pm at Stourbridge Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations if desired made payable to G.D.B.A. c/o The family.
