GADD Patricia Avis Passed away at Russells Hall Hospital on December 17th 2009, aged 87 years: she will be sadly missed by family and friends. The funeral service and cremation will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Wednesday January 6th 2010 at 11.00am. Flowers welcome.
