HIGGINS Eunice of Halesowen. Passed away on 16th July 2009 aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Horace Bill, a dearest mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends, The funeral service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Monday 27th July 2009 at 10.20am.
