CUTLER Derek Hingley Dr. Husband of the late Helen and dear father of Christopher and David. Respected local G.P. for many years in the Rowley and Blackheath area. Passed peacefully away on 31st August 2009 in City Hospital, Birmingham aged 90 years. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and former colleagues. Funeral service on Wednesday 16th September 2009 at St. Thomas's Church, Dudley at 1.15pm. Followed by cremation at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 2.30pm.
