PERKS KEITH GODWIN Passed away peacefully on 10th March 2009 aged 62 years. Much loved son of Henry Sealo Perks. Sadly missed by all. Funeral service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Friday 27th March at 12.20pm. No flowers by request, donations if desired for Mary Stevens Hospice will be accepted by H Porter & Sons, Funeral Directors, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands. DY8 3UJ.
