JOAN LILLIAN PATRICK Nee Adams Of Harborne formerly of Hazeldene Road, Halesowen. Passed away at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Edgbaston on 29th April 2009 aged 76 years. Devoted wife of Geoff for 53 years. Loved and sadly missed by special friends Colleen and Beryl, all family, friends and neighbours. Funeral arrangements to be confirmed. Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully accepted for Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity.
