CORNWELL Christopher John Passed away suddenly at home on April 19th 2009 aged 51 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Thursday May 7th 2009 at Stourbridge Crematorium at 1.30pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired made payable to Acorn Children's Hospice c/o A.J.
