SHANKS SIMON "Slug" Beloved Son of Gavin and Liz and devoted Brother of Stuart died tragically on Monday 9th February 2009. Simons death has touched so many hearts. His cheeky smile, infectious personality, his love of life "a free spirt". He will be so deeply missed by all his family, friends and colleagues in the West Midlands Police based at Stourbridge and Halesowen. Simon was a wonderful caring happy person who brought us so many happy memories. We were so proud of him. Our lives will never be the same. "Gone from our lives but not from our hearts" Good bye Si we loved you so much, Mom, Dad and Stuart xxx Funeral at St John's Church, Halesowen Church will be open early. Funeral service starts at 12.00 and Committal to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium at 2.10pm. Everyone who knew Simon is most welcome to both Services to celebrate his life. No black ties required. Family flowers only please.
