SMITH ANDREW ALEXANDER Professional Musician Beloved Father to Sarah and Laura Formerly of Fife, Scotland. Passed away on 1st October 2006 aged 59 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Monday 16th October 2006 at Stourbridge Crematorium at 3pm. Family flowers only please donations are gratefully being received for Musicians benevolent funds.
