LEWIS HAZEL Of Blossom Grove, Cradley Heath passed peacefully away on 6th September 2007 aged 85 years. Loving Mother of Maureen and Son in law Bill. Much loved Grandmother to Debra Great Grandmother to Leanne and Emma and Great Great Grandmother of Kasey. Dear Sister of Lily, Ivy and Ray she will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Monday, September 17th at St. James Wesleyan Reform Church, Old Hill 11am followed by Cremation at Rowley Regis Crematorium. Flowers welcome.
