MASON JACK passed peacefully away on June 10th 2007 aged 82 years. Beloved husband of Vera, dear dad to Trevor and Glenn, father-in-law to Margaret and Ursula and Grandpa to Tina, Lisa, Gemma, Joanne, Laura and Kira. Dearly loved and sadly missed by all the family. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 21st June at Stourbridge Crematorium at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please if desired donations accepted for The McMillan Nurses and Birch Coppice Chapel.
