HEEKS PATRICK KNOWN AS TREAKY Fell asleep on 29th June 2008, aged 16 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family, relatives and friends. The funeral service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Friday 25th July 2008 at 2.10pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for either NSPCC, Great Ormond Street Hospital or the Myasthenia Gravis Association are being gratefully accepted by H Porter & Sons, Funeral Directors, 60 South Road, Stourbridge DY8 3UJ Published in paper 17/07/2008
