GARRATT LUCY Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on November 23rd aged 88 years. She will be sadly missed by Jean, Alan, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and all her friends. Funeral service at Stourbridge Crematorium on Friday December 5th at 10.20 am.
