BUTLER Eric Ewart Entered peacefully at home into his eternal rest on Saturday 1st November 2008 aged 85 years. Dearly beloved Husband of Margaret, Father of John, Anne and Ruth and Grandfather of Bethany and Paul. He will be sadly missed by his Wife, family and his many friends and neighbours. The funeral service of loving remembrance and thanksgiving to God for his life, was held at "Ebenezer" Baptist Chapel, Station Road Old Hill, Cradley Heath on Thursday 13th November 2008 followed by interment at Quinton Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers, in memory of Eric, to Newton 2 Trust Fund, Sandwell General Hospital and "Ebenezer" Baptist Chapel: c/o N.E.Downing Blackheath Ltd, 116 Long Lane, Blackheath, Halesowen, West Midlands B62 9EF. Margaret and the family thank the many relatives, friends and neighbours who attended the funeral: Pastor present G.R. Burrows and Pastor previous H. Crowter, who both officiated together with all who contributed in any way to show support to Margaret and the family in their time of great need.
