NORMAN JAMES SMART Of Blackheath Passed peacefully away at Russells Hall Hospital on 30th November 2008 aged 83 years. Beloved Husband of Nancy for 55 years, very dear Dad of Janet and David, dear Father In Law of Sue and special Grandad of Daisy. Loved and missed by family and friends. The funeral service will take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Wednesday 17th December 2008 at 2.30pm. Donations in lieu of flowers will be accepted for a worthy cause.
