BAKER Jack Formerly of Longmoor Road, Halesowen. Loving husband of Doris, father to Richard and Helen, grandad of James, Oliver, Natalie, Sam and Josh, father in law to Penny and Mark. Passed away peacefully on 22nd April at Russells Hall Hospital. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral service to be held on 4th May at 1.45pm at Powke Lane Crematorium.
