AMPHLETT Richard (Dick) Of Cradley. Passed away suddenly at home aged 80 on 6th January 2011. His wife Hilda, Pauline, Kevin, Darryl, Jean, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren would like to thank all who attended Stourbridge Crematorium and all who sent kind messages of condolence in their sad loss. Special thanks to Mrs Valerie Cope for a lovely service. Many thanks for all the donations received for Mary Stevens Hospice and to Funeral Directors H.Cope Ltd of Cradley Heath for their excellent attention.
