FAULKNER HORACE Of Old Hill passed peacefully away at Karam Court Care Home, Smethwick on 16th April 2011 aged 86. Beloved husband of Doris, father of Sandra and Chris, grandfather and great grandfather. Family flowers only. Donations to Alzheimer's Society. Funeral at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Wednesday 27th April at 1.45pm.
