Williams Frank Of Halesowen Passed Away peacefully on 23rd July 2011, aged 73 years. Loving husband of the late Margaret, loving father, father in law and grandad, who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday 9th August 2011 at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 10.45 am. Family flowers only, donations accepted for The Blue Cross Adoption Centre c/o T.
