HARPER Keith Formerly of Halesowen Passed peacefully away at his home in Kinver on 7th November 2011, aged 64 years. Much loved by daughters Ruth and Faye, grandchildren and partner Eileen. Sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral arrangements to be confirmed. Family flowers only, donations if desired for Cancer Research UK.
