CHAPMAN Sam Of Teme Road, Halesowen, passed away on 21st April 2012 aged 50 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 9th May at Stourbridge Crematorium at 3.30pm. followed by punk and a pint at Wilson Hall, Colley Gate. R. Hadley Funeral Services, Halesowen 01384 636606
